In fact, Reiki is believed to improve just about any aspect of life, from physical health to emotional well-being to stress reduction and mental clarity.
Reiki techniques are used to heal the body, mind and the spirit. It has been proven that Reiki can help people suffering from various major and minor ailments. It is often used as a complementary therapy in a number of hospitals today.Reiki is for everyone: it heals adults, babies, toddlers, children, elderly and pets.
During a treatment you would lie on a treatment couch fully clothed with a blanket placed over you in a peaceful and tranquil environment.
I place my hands on and above your body during treatment heat or tingling can be felt. A feeling of deep relaxation and calmness is felt. Reiki will clear blockages helping you physically and mentally, giving clarity to your life.

I am fully qualified Beauty Holistic Therapist with 32years experience and I am a qualified Reiki Master/Practitioner of 16 years.
I attended Reading College of Technology, completing a 3 year full time Beauty Therapy course qualifying in an Internationally recognised qualification called I.H.B.C (International Health & Beauty Council).
In 2020, I opened the door to my new home based Studio - The Inspire Studio.
