During a treatment you would lie on a treatment couch fully clothed with a blanket placed over you in a peaceful and tranquil environment.
I place my hands on and above your body during treatment heat or tingling can be felt. A feeling of deep relaxation and calmness is felt. Reiki will clear blockages helping you physically and mentally, giving clarity to your life.

NAILS
At The Inspire Studio you have a choice of two types of Nail treatments, a Traditional Manicure or Pedicure where nails are filed and shaped, cuticles soaked and tidied, hand/foot exfoliation, a relaxing hand/foot massage followed with paint to the nails.

Secondly I offer a Gel manicure or Gel Pedicure using The Manicure Company professional gel nail polish. This wonderful collection of colours leave an ultra smooth high gloss finish lasting up to three weeks. This polish soaks off easily with no damage to the nail.
