Reiki works on different levels the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing everything in life. Reiki is not only one of the oldest healing systems in use, it is also one of the most versatile.

This ancient Japanese method of healing uses energy to balance the body and mind, and its benefits can be felt by both Reiki practitioners and their clients. In fact, Reiki is believed to improve just about any aspect of life, from physical health to emotional well-being to stress reduction and mental clarity.

Reiki techniques are used to heal the body, mind and the spirit. It has been proven that Reiki can help people suffering from various major and minor ailments. It is often used as a complementary therapy in a number of hospitals today.Reiki is for everyone: it heals adults, babies, toddlers, children, elderly and pets.

During a treatment you would lie on a treatment couch fully clothed with a blanket placed over you in a peaceful and tranquil environment.

I place my hands on and above your body during treatment heat or tingling can be felt. A feeling of deep relaxation and calmness is felt. Reiki will clear blockages helping you physically and mentally, giving clarity to your life.

MASCED (Melanoma and Skin Cancer Early Detection) is a National Accreditation programme for hair, health and beauty industry professionals.

The MASCED Accreditation Programme has been developed by Skcin to significantly raise awareness of the early signs and symptoms of skin cancer and to promote the early detection of melanoma, to improve prognosis and save lives.

The programme has also been developed to raise awareness of the importance of Sun Safety to aid the prevention of around 86% of melanoma and the majority of all skin cancer cases. This supports the call by public health figures for a wider perspective on who is most effective to help improve the nation’s health and address concerns raised in the Government’s 2020 Skin Cancer Vision.

I am now an Accredited practitioner for early skin cancer detection. If you have any worries or concerns, please contact me to book your appointment!
